I am excited today to share with you all a talented artist named
Deann.
Years ago, Deann traded in her corporate high heels for paint brushes, and for the past decade has had an open working studio located in beautiful historic Franklin, Tennessee, just south of Nashville. I love all of her work but especially fell in love with this painting and am excited to now have it in our home. It actually is going to probably end up in our upstairs hallway but the lighting isn't very good there so it's hard to photograph. However, I really like how it looks in here too! I especially love the colors. We have been able to find so many wonderful accessories for this room at HomeGoods from the mercury glass jar and metal sphere on the dresser to some of the pillows, the throw and even the fun tray on the bed.
Be sure to head over to
Deann's site and check out all of her beautiful work!
