I just heard on the news that snake bites are way up this summer.
Dang it...just another reason to be freaking scared when I walk my dogs on our trail. The other day someone mentioned they saw a fox there. I did not really pay attention until I SAW it twice and freaked.
The first time I turned around and ran like my hair was on fire back to the street dragging the dogs. Then I was spooked and was scared to go back. A few days later I was walking the dogs with my husband and I saw it again.
I stayed away for about a week but my dogs were like " what is the deal Mom....the streets are boring....we want to go back to the trail where we can eat AND roll in poop.....we love poop".
So I caved thinking that if I made a ton of noise the fox would get spooked and stay away.
So if you hear a lot of ruckus on the trail....that would be me singing, whistling and talking loudly to myself.
Ignore.
As promised.....here are the rest of the fabric groupings I presented at Haven a couple of weeks ago.
It might look like I use a lot of florals....not always but I do like a fabric with some movement in it.
I am loving this cotton velvet from Kravet. Very durable.
Maybe this group would look good with this rug.
Yes...it could be a little out there...but design is all about taking a risk and the cheetah pattern is a classic. Snicker if you want.
The top fabric is a new one from Robert Allen. Of course we all know and love Schumachers Zimba.
Wouldn't these pictures be cute with this grouping???
Just in case you were out of town and missed my last post :)
The Schumacher fabric on the right [Hot House Flowers in Mineral] has always been one of my favorites, along with the Kravid Riad on the left. It now comes in some really great new colors like navy and pink!
I like this color way....I even used it in my bedroom in the mint greenAnd...I used it in this makeover on some benches.
Yeah...I pretty much love this fabric.
The last one I used Celerie Kimble's Hot House Flowers in Verdance. I love how the large Ikat [Duralee] looks with it.
I am going to be helping out Sudi at Scott's on Friday the 13th....so you better come by and say Hi....AND buy a pillow. I will let you know what booth she has.
8 more hours until the whistle blows and you can start popping tops and uncorking......TGIF.
Sha Zam baby!
