I really like the designs by Ty Larkins. He used to be an attorney and then went into design consulting. His firm is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. His designs reflect an updated 1940's French style. Here are some great ideas for tile:
I like the way he tiles the entire wall space in this bathroom. This look could be recreated with the Bucak Light Walnut in a rectangular size in a brick pattern on the walls and the floor. The cornice and skirting could be used instead of wood trim.
Here again he covers the entire wall space with stone! It looks so chic and clean. This look could be done with our Lansdale Carrara or Devonshire collections.
This kitchen is a great example of mixing classic style with more contemporary fixtures. It looks like he used a ceramic 3 x 6 on the wall. Any of our subway tiles from Imperial Bianco collection would work well for this backsplash. It could also be done in stone- with the Lansdale Carrara, San Dona, Devonshire or any white marble that we carry.
